| CD155, also known as PVR and Necl-5, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that binds poliovirus as well as vitronectin, Nectin-3, and DNAM-1. It exists as several isoforms with shortened C-terminal tails, including a soluble form that lacks the transmembrane segment. CD155 is expressed in a variety of normal tissues and is upregulated in tumor cells of epithelial and neuronal origin. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels up to 1x10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation: 620-650nm Emission: 660-670nm Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. |
