Source: Chlamydia trachomatis LGV type II strain 434 cultured in mouse L cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Sonicate immediately prior to use. Inactivation: Gamma radiation. Verified by inoculation of EBs on L cell monolayer. No growth were present. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Produkteigenschaften

• Reinheit: Mouse L cells are infected with C. trachomatis elementary bodies. Optimally infected cells are harvested and disrupted by sonication in PBS. Cellular debris is removed using centrifugation.
