Studies have linked abnormalities in Chat with the neurodegenerative disease Alzheimers, and also with schizophrenia and sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Peptide): 1:128,000 Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml. Incubate 1 hour at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1,2000 stains neural cell bodies of mouse mouse forebrain Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
