Synthetic peptide (MA[pS]GVTVNDE-C-NH2) (linear) corresponding to aa1-10 of human cofilin 2 with a C-terminal cysteine added for conjugation purposes. The peptide has the carboxyl terminus blocked with an amide group. Modifications: Phosphorylation Theoretical Molecular Weight (M+H+): 1.204kD Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
