Inactivation: Heat inactivated for 45 minutes at 60C. Confirmed by re-inoculating LLC-MK2 cells and observed for cytopthic effect. Storage and Stability: Store at -70C. Aliquot to avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles as product degradation may result. Warning: No test guarantees a product to be non-infectious. All materials should be handled as if potentially infectious. Generally accepted laboratory practices appropriate for infectious materials should be employed when handling this product.
Reinheit:
Cell lysate. Harvested LLC-MK2 cells are lysed and the lysate centrifuged to remove cell debris. The final product is the supernatant which is heat-inactivated.
