The Genomic DNA Extraction Kit is a convenient tool for the isolation of high quality genomic DNA. The isolated DNA can be used for PCR amplification template, Southern Blot analysis, SNP analysis, DNA methylation research, etc. The kit contains enough reagents for isolating genomic DNA from 5 grams of tissue and cells. Kit Components: D3878-01G1: Solution 1, 1x50ml. D3878-01G2: Solution 2, 1x6ml. D3878-01G3: Phenol B, 1x50ml. D3878-01G4: TE Buffer, 1x5ml. D3878-01G5: RNase, 1x20ul.
