Produktbeschreibung

The marker yields the following 15 discrete fragments (in base pairs): 20,000, 10,000, 7000, 5000, 4000, 3000, 2000, 1500, 1000, 700, 500, 400, 300, 200, and 75bp. Band Concentration: 0.5ug of DNA Ladder Mix contains: a) 25ng (5.0%) for 75-400, 700 and 1000 bp bands b) 75ng (15%) for 500, 5000 bp band c) 80ng (16%) for 1500 bp band d) 20ng (4.0%) for 2000-4000, 7000-20000 bp bands 6X Loading Dye Solution L3350-01: (Included) Supplied as a liquid in 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.6, 0.03% bromophenol blue, 0.03% xylene cyanol FF, 0.15% orange G, 60mM EDTA, 60% glycerol. Quality Control: Well-defined bands are formed during agarose gel electrophoresis. The absence of nucleases is confirmed by a direct nuclease activity assay. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
