Produktbeschreibung

DNA Markers are suitable for sizing small linear double-stranded DNA fragments in agarose and polyacrylamide gels. Phage or plasmid DNA is digested to completion with appropriate restriction endonuclease and purified. pUC19 DNA was completely digested by MspI, phenol extracted, ethanol precipitated. Concentration: ~0.5ug/ul Applications ( 0.5ug/lane): 500 Loading Amount: 0.5ug/lane or 1ul/lane Agarose: 1.7% PAGE: 5% Range: 26-501bp Fragments: 13 fragments (in bp): 501**, 489**, 404, 331, 242, 190, 147, 111, 110, 67, 34, 34, 26. Notes: Bands indicated* migrate anomalously ( 1-3 ). The shortest fragments (oblique) are not visible in standard electrophoresis. Fragment lengths are predicted by computer analysis of respective DNA sequences. Form: Supplied as a liquid in 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.6, 1mM EDTA. L3350: Loading Dye Buffer, 6X (Included) Quality Control Assay Data: Agarose gel electrophoretic analysis of homogeneity of MspI fragmentation patterns. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
