Control Peptide for D9016-40 (antiserum) and D9016-41 (affinity purified) An 11aa peptide near the N-terminus ligand binding domain of rat D2R. This peptide sequence is right before the first membrane spanning domain. This sequence does not show any similarity to the other members of G-coupled receptors. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
