Produktbeschreibung

Tbr2 (a T-domain transcription factor) is a member of a conserved protein family that shares a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. Trb2 has been shown to play a role in the development of the neocortex and functions in the differentiation pathway of radial glia to postmitotic projection neurons. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin sections of mouse and human brain. Requires HIER with citrate buffer pH 6.0 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: E13-14 mouse brain lysate Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
