Synthetic (linear) peptide (RRELVEPLTPSGEAPNQALLR) corresponding to aa686-705 of human epidermal growth factor receptor. Application: Use as a 2.1mM stock (25-100uM final concentration) for in vitro JNK3/SAPK1b kinase assays. Kinase Assay: 25-100uM of this lot was phosphorylated using 50ng of JNK3/SAPK1b, active. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
