Materials Supplied: Antibodies for 5x96 well plates Kit Components: 1) Capture Antibody: 500ul murine monoclonal anti-F.XIII IgG in HBS, 50% glycerol for coating ELISA plates. 2) Detecting Antibody 500ul Peroxidase conjugated sheep anti-F.XIII in 50% glycerol for detection of Factor XIII. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
