Produktbeschreibung

Glucose 5 transporter catalyses the uptake of D-fructose into cells. This 55kD protein is expressed in the plasma membrane and is found mainly in intestinal tissue, kidney, and spermatozoa. Increased intestinal levels of GLUT5 are seen in type 2 diabetes Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:50-1:200 Western Blot: 1:150-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
