Hanks Balanced Salt Solution is designed for use with cells maintained in non-CO2 atmospheric conditions. Calcium and magnesium support cell adhesion. H1800 is also recommended to minimize cell attachment or aggregation. HBSS requires 0.35g/L of sodium bicarbonate and pH adjustment prior to filtration. It contain 1mg/L of glucose. pH: As Reported Endotoxin: 1EU/ml Storage and Stability: Store at 4C. Stable for 6 months after receipt.
