Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1658-1863 HCV NS4a + b antigen (19kD). Reacts strongly with human HCV positive serum. Genotype: 1B Fusions: b-galactosidase (114kD) fused at the N-terminus. Applications: Suitable for use an antigen in immunological protocols. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
