Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunological protocols. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
Formulierung:
Supplied as a liquid in 0.05M glycine buffer, pH 9.0. Sonicate prior to use only if there is a precipitant present after thawing.
