Coupling Ratio: .~5-20 moles of biotin per mole gp120. Specificity: Recognized by human and mouse anti-gp120 monoclonal antibodies. Biological Activity: Biotin gp120 binds to solid phase CD4 as determined by capture ELISA using strepavidin-HRP as a secondary reagent. Applications: Suitable for use in T-cell Research, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:1000 Capture ELISA: 10-1000ng, using 100ng of CD4 in solid phase. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Reinheit:
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography to 95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE, reduced.
