Binds to anti-p24 monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies in ELISA and Western Blot as determined by strepavidin-AP/HRP assays. Biological Activity: Binds to solid phase anti-p24 pAb (oligoclonal) as determined by capture ELISA using strepavidin-HRP as a secondary reagent. Coupling Ratio: ~10-20 moles of biotin per mole p24. Applications: Suitable for use in T-cell Research, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:5000 depending on the concentration of the test ligand and specificity and sensitivity of the secondary reagents. p24/Anti-p24 antibody capture ELISA may be performed using 1-10ng antibody in solid phase and 0.1-1ng of H6003-20E2. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store at 4C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at 4C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
