E. coli derived tat (HIV-1) conjugated to FITC. F/P Ratio: 2-4 Specificity: This fluorescene conjugated tat binds to murine monoclonal antibodies of defined epitope specificity. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, FACS, Dot Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence (Direct): 1:50 Dot Blot: 1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
