KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 156-185 in the C-terminal region of human ICOS.
ICOS belongs to the CD28 and CTLA-4 cell-surface receptor family. It forms homodimers and plays an important role in cell-cell signaling, immune responses, and regulation of cell proliferation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Indirect Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:1:10-1:50 Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
