Recombinant protein corresponding to Asp19-Ser258 from human ICOS Ligand, expressed in NS0 cells.
ICOS Ligand, also known as B7-related protein 1 (B7RP-1), is a costimulatory molecule that serves as a ligand for ICOS (Inducible Co-Stimulator). Applications: Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Neutralization: 1-4ug/ml yields one-half maximal inhibition (ND50) of the cell surface ICOS Ligand in the presence of 20ng/ml of anti-human CD3 and 3ug/ml of recombinant human B7-H2/Fc, using B7-H2-dependent proliferation of PHA activated human T cells as an assay. Western Blot: 1ug/ml with recombinant human B7-H2 Fc Chimera Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
