Peptide analog of the carboxyl terminal of hiNOS covalently attached onto a carrier protein.
Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:8 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Control Peptide: I0800-08Q1: Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase, Control Peptide (iNOS, iNOS 2, mNOS), 150nM. Reconstitute with 600ul stock antibody solution for blocked antibody control. Recommended Positive Control: A-172 cells Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, TBS/Tween-20, 1% normal goat serum. Aliquot and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
