Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:150,000 Western Blot: 1:3000-1:15,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C . Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
