Recommended Dilution(s): This product has been assayed against 1ug of Mouse Kappa in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin. A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:20,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. Storage Conditions: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
