Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000. Coat with 1ug of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Label: Alkaline Phosphatase Source: Calf Intestine Molecular Weight: 140,000D Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
