Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:30,000. 1ug of mouse IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2,500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1,000 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

IgG was purified by immunoaffinity chromatography followed by solid phase adsorption to remove unwanted reactivities. IgG was then digested with pepsin and then the F(ab)2 was obtained by chromatographic purification.

Supplied as a liquid in 0.05M Tris Chloride, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, 0.001M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001M Zinc Chloride, pH 8.0, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.09% sodium azide, 50% glycerol. Label: Alkaline Phosphatase (Calf Intestine) (MW 140kD).
