| Type I interferons (IFN-a, IFN-b, IFN-o) bind to the type I IFN receptor, also known as the IFN-a/b receptor. This receptor is composed of 2 chains, IFN- a/b R1 and R2. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells using human U937 histiocytic lymphoma cell line Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption: 620-650nm Emission: 660-670nm Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. |
