Produktbeschreibung

CD121a is the 80kD type I interleukin-1 receptor. CD121a is weakly expressed on most cells and tissues including T lymphocytes, thymocytes, epithelial cells and dendritic cells, with stronger expression reported on fibroblasts. The ligands for CD121a are the interleukin-1 (IL-1) family members, IL-1 alpha, IL-1 beta and IL-1 receptor antagonist. IL-1 is a mediator of inflammation and can elicit a variety of other biological responses through binding to CD121a. Applications: Suitable for use in RIA, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 10ug/ml. Validated for use on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with I7663-25D3, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. RIA: 20-30ng/ml ELISA: 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
