Recombinant protein corresponding to the extracellular domain of interleukin 2 receptor gamma chain (42kD)
The IL-2R gamma chain (CD132) is the common gamma subunit of the IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9, IL-13, IL-15 receptors. It is associated with others chains of IL-2R (CD25 and CD122) to form the high-affinity IL-2 receptor and mediates the signaling functions of receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9 and IL-15. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
