The Common gamma Chain, also known as CD132, is a transmembrane protein belonging to the hematopoietin receptor family. gc is a signaling component of the functional receptor complexes for IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9, and IL-15. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug labels 10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
