Interleukin-11 (IL-11) is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor which stimulates the growth and survivability of certain B cells and T cells. Human IL-11 is a 19.1kD protein containing 178 amino acid residues. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunohistochemistry and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
