Control Peptide for I8604-20. Synthetic peptide, 15aa near the amino terminus of human IRE1p. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Preadsorption Control: 1ug peptide per 1ug antibody. 30 min at 37C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
