Produktbeschreibung

Synthetic peptide IRS-1 antibody was raised against a 16 amino acid peptide from near the center of human IRS-1 (Genbank accession No. P35568). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml, Blocks the antibody (Cat. I8700-04H) activity completely by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
