Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa781-end of human Jak3 with N-terminal GTS tag expressed in Baculovirus expression sstem (NM_000215). Specific Activity: 118pmol/min/ug. Assay conditions: 50mM HEPES, pH7.5, 10mM MgCl2, 1mM EGTA, 200uM ATP, 0.01% Brij-35, 2uM substrate at RT for 1hour. Developer solution was added to reaction and reaction was stopped after 1 hour of incubation at RT. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
