Produktbeschreibung

Human M-CSF is produced in genetically engineered E. coli cells, and purified by sequential chromatography, refolding and HPLC. This polypeptide is a disulfide-linked dimeric protein (1). Biological Activity: The biological activity of human M-CSF is measured using the mouse bone marrow colony-forming assay (2). The specific activity is 6 X 10e7 U/mg. Storage and Stability: Store at -20C. Product is stable for 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: Do not use at pH lower than 5, product is less stable under this condition.
