Immunogen: Recombinant rat MCP-1, expressed in E. coli.
MCP-1 is also known as CCL-2. Rat MCP-1 is a chemokine of approximately 12kD, which plays an important role in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: I1904-39: IgG, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRb I1904-40A: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRb I1904-40J: IgG, Fc (HRP) Pab Gt xRb I1904-40P: IgG, Fc, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt xRb Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable at -20C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Reinheit: Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Formulierung: Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
