Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Neutralization: 1-3ug/m Will yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hMCP-3 (100ng/ml) ELISA (Sandwich): 2.0-4.0ug/ml (using 100ul/well antibody) Detection limit of 0.5-1.0ug/well antigen. Western Blot: 0.5-1.0ug/ml. Detection limit is 2.0-4.0ng/lane, under reducing and 0.25-0.5ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Produced in C3H/HeJ mice. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
