Produktbeschreibung

Human macrophage/monocyte chemotactic protein-4 (MCP-4) is a member of the b-chemokine family (C-C) of cytokines. Like eotaxin, MCP-4 is a powerful eosinophil chemoattractant. Additionally, like MCP-3, MCP-4 elicits chemoattraction of monocytes and T lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 2-4ug/ml (100ul/well). Detects 100pg/ml of recombinant MCP-4 when used with M2750-18S as the detection antibody. Neutralization: 0.8-1ug/ml. Yields one-half maximal inhibiton [ND50] of the biological activity of human MCP-4 (100ng/ml). Western Blot: 0.25-0.50ug/ml. Detection limit is 0.5-1ng/lane, under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
