JSB-1 (ab-1) has potential value for diagnostic detection of MDR cells in human tumor samples. LRP-56 (ab-2) has potential value for detection of LRP-associated non-Pgp MDR in human tumor samples. MRPm6 (ab-3) and MRPr1 (ab-4) have potential value for detection of MRP-related non-Pgp MDR in human tumor samples. Immunoglobulin Types: JSB-1 (ab-1) murine IgG1 LRP-56 (ab-2) murine IgG2b MRPm6 (ab-3) murine IgG1 MRPr1 (ab-4) rat IgG2a Applications: Immunocytochemistry: acetone-fixed cell preparations. Immunohistochemistry: acetone-fixed frozen sections and formalin fixed paraffin embedded section. Flow Cytometry and Western Blot (Ab-1 can render less satisfactory results). Components This sampler pack contains 0.25 ml quantities the following antibodies: M2825-14T, L4500-10, M4688-18E and M4688-18F. All individual quantities are sufficient for a minimum of 50 tests. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
