Human Msx2, peptide sequence EGAKPKVSPSL (linear). Corresponding antibody M4692-74 detects Msx1 from human and rodent. Msx1 is a key factor for the development of tooth and craniofacial skeleton and has been proposed to play a pivotal role in terminal cell differentiation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
