Produktbeschreibung

Peptide corresponding to the cell membrane-translocating sequence (MTS) of human Fibroblast Growth Factor-4, amino acids 7-22 (AAVALLPAVLLALLAP) (linear). Applications: Suitable as a control for experiments using cell permeable (MTS) peptide fusions. The MTS control peptide can be used as a control for experiments using other MTS-containing peptides. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
