An angucycline antibiotic. A novel STAT3 selective inhibitor. It inhibits STAT3 dimerazation and DNA binding as well as STAT3-dependent luciferase reporter activity. Melting Point: 160-162C Solubility: Chloroform, Methanol Storage and Stability: May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
