Produktbeschreibung

Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, or for antigen applications in immunological protocols. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: P3350-06 (1mg/ml): Use 5ul Streptavidin (1mg/ml): Use 10ul 10mM PBS, pH 7.4 0.05% Tween-20: Use 25ml Mix well and incubate for 30 minutes at RT before use. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
