This plasmin was prepared from Plasminogen by activation with immobilized uPA Source: Mouse Plasmin. Solubility: >2mg/ml and <5mg/ml Spectrophotometric Data: Ultraviolet: Absorbance (280nm) = 1.10 0.1% = 1.69 Active Concentration: 0.58mg/ml Activity: 100% Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
