Produktbeschreibung

Proopiomelanocortin, Hinge Peptide (CASH, Cortical Androgen-Stimulating Hormone) (POMC) is inactive in stimulation of cortisol secretion, but active by itself, synergistic with ACTH in stimulation of dehydroepiandrosterone secretion in collagenase-dispersed human adrenal gland cells. Sequence (linear): Glu-Asp-Val-Ser-Ala-Gly-Glu-Asp-Cys-Gly-Pro-Leu-Pro-Glu-Gly-Gly-Pro-Glu. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blottingy. Other applications not tested. Solubility: Soluble in water. Form: Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
