Protein A (from Staphylococcus aureus, Cowan I Strain) is conjugated with highly purified horseradish peroxidase (RZ > 3.0). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 Dot Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 ELISA: 1:20,000-1:100,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder is stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Reinheit:
Purified by chromatography prior to conjugation.
