Appearance: White, homogeneous free flowing powder Solubility (214g/L): Colorless, clear, complete pH: As Reported For Protein Expression Media, HyperBroth(TM) (Powder) pEX(TM) (P9102-40D): 4. Aseptically add 50ml of sterile Glucose Nutrient Solution (P9102-40F) to 1L of P9102-40D. Mix well. For Protein Expression Media, M9Y (Glucose) Broth (Powder) pEX(TM) (P9102-40E): 4. Aseptically add 20ml of sterile Glucose Nutrient Solution (P9102-40F) to 1L of P9102-40D. Mix well. Storage and Stability: Store powdered media at RT. Stable for 12 months after receipt. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept at 4C and used within a short period of time.
