Produktbeschreibung

Recombinant protein corresponding to Protein Kinase C Alpha SDS Standard, expressed in baculoviral insect expression system. Applications: Suitable for use as a standard for Western blots. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Load 2-5ul of prepared standard directly from vial if using enhanced chemiluminescence. No dilution is necessary. For blots using less-sensitive substrates, such as alkaline phosphatase, larger amounts of protein should be loaded onto the gel. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
