For blots using less sensitive substrates such as alkaline phosphatase, load larger amounts of protein onto the gel. Recommended Dilution: Load 2-5ul of standard directly from vial. No dilution is necessary. Storage and Stability: Stable indefinitely at -70C and at 1 year at -20C.
