Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa2-end of human rRbAp48 with N-terminal His tag expressed in baculovirus expression system (NM_005610). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
